First ask the office that decided, in writing, for an internal review within 30 days; if you disagree with the review decision, file the Appeal (Form 1) with the Tribunal within 30 days of receiving it, by email, mail or fax. There is no fee. While you wait you can ask for interim assistance: not everyone qualifies, and if you lose the appeal it is assessed as an overpayment you pay back.
