Free advice from Legal Aid Ontario duty counsel is for people whose family income is lower than $45,440 (1 to 4 people) or $50,803 (5 or more), and a single person's assets must be lower than $15,000.

Ask an information and referral coordinator about your family law needs, court forms, the Mandatory Information Program and family mediation.
