City outreach workers help people who are sleeping outside in Toronto, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year. They bring water, clothing, blankets and supplies, help with ID and income supports, refer to shelters and help make a housing plan. The drop-in centre at 129 Peter St. has showers, laundry, washrooms, snacks and a phone, open 24 hours.
