YouthWorx is Toronto Community Housing's paid summer job program for youth. Youth Community Workers are hired for eight weeks in July and August to do small labour jobs such as community clean-ups, light repairs, community gardening and painting, and have the chance to grow as a professional and workplace leader. In 2026 the same sign-up form also offered Ready.Set.Work., four two-hour workshops on workplace professionalism, resumes, public speaking and interviews, with priority for TCHC tenants.
