Who qualifies
Ontarians at average risk who have OHIP, starting at age 45. People without a family doctor can call 811.
Their stepsAsk your family doctor or nurse practitioner to order a FIT kit. No family doctor? Visit Health811 online or call 811. Do the test at home and mail it back as the kit says.
