A scholarship from Toronto Community Housing (TCHC) and its developer partner Tridel for Regent Park tenants in college, university, a trade school or other training, full time or part time, in person, online or hybrid. Winners get up to $3,000 toward tuition, paid to the school, and a $500 bursary paid to them for books and costs such as transportation. One person can get up to $10,000 in total over the revitalization, while funds last.

Who qualifies

Through its Confronting Anti-Black Racism Strategy, TCHC says it is committed to creating and prioritizing access to scholarships that Black-identifying tenants can take part in.
